When school is on vacation or closed park is open during these times:
) THE VILLAGE OF CATSKILL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE SKATEBOARD PARK DURING ANY MAJOR EVENT TAKING PLACE AT ELLIOTT PARK. |
